We produce special forming tools for production of rubber hoses especially for automotive industry. It is question of rustless broaches(mandrels) of the precise fixed ratio, bent into a required form. For the great part it is a question of so called  calibrated broaches, which are designed with a view to a requirement of precise assignment of production hose length or hose hubs. All tools are in their finishing operation  prepared in a high lustre.
The original material  is rustless steel Class AISI (CSN 17240), for tools from ø 12 mm to 35 mm. For broaches above ø 35 mm there are chosen as original materials thick-walled tubes or hollow steel.
Special forming broaches for a very small diameters ...already from 3 mm are produced from spring rustless steel. They secure a long service life in comparison with classical materials, they are evidently shape stable,  flexible and tough.

Single-purpose machines:
We deal with layouts, designs and production of single-purpose machines. In the first place it´s a question of a control and measuring equipment.

Application example:
The compressive bench for checking of automotive hoses tightness for cooling system. Aluminium mechanical design with modular elements for multi-purpose setting-up according to the hose form.
The compressive bench is controlled by the system ATEQ and control system of pneumatic components including several sets of stop hoses.

Assembly benches are designed for simplification of rubber hoses assembly into sets with other components.  The main principle of  assembly bench designs is a precise and impeccable assembly, as there are installed failure preventions on the benches , so called POKA YOKE. Poka Yoke are mechanical failure preventions, pneumatic locks and also very often electronic circuits with placed sensors e.g. inductive, optical or laser. Further important fact , which has an influence on production, is assembly readiness, which enables  shortening of working time.
